Gipson Diamond Jewelers is a first generation
bricks and mortar business that’s been in the
making for over 25 years. Throughout these
years, the business has been an evolutionary
process through hard work, tenacity, commitment,
honesty, and integrity towards customers.
The business started with Gary Gipson, founder
and owner of Gipson Diamond Jewelers, as a
teenager repairing jewelry for local businesses in
his parent’s garage. After marriage, Gary’s
custom and repair shop moved to the basement
of his home.
Years later, on March 1, 1998, when an existing
craft shop was going out of business, Gary saw
this as an opportunity to expand his business and
clientele tremendously. Therefore, he took a leap
of faith and purchased the store. He did not want
to hide behind an ambiguous title; so the name

storefront.
Five years later, the storefront was moved to a larger location in Downtown
Garden City. Since that day, the business has grown significantly. With each
passing year, Gipson Diamond Jewelers expands in new ways to improve
productivity, quality, and service after the sale for their valued customers.
